No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our wallpaper products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Each order is printed specifically for you to ensure color consistency and quality control. For this reason, we cannot restock or resell returned wallpaper.

Please Order Samples First

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order. Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, and material selection.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery on our contact page.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
Photos of the packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the damaged panels at no additional cost.

Incorrect Measurements

Customers are responsible for accurately measuring their walls before placing an order. We are not responsible for ordering errors due to incorrect measurements. If you need assistance, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.

Color Variations

Slight color variations between orders may occur. To ensure color consistency, we recommend ordering all panels needed for your project at the same time.
