Order Processing Time
All wallpaper is custom printed and made-to-order.
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Canada: 5–10 business days after shipment
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or other local fees
House of Darden (Imagical Studios LLC) is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
House of Darden (Imagical Studios LLC) is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
- Orders will not be refunded due to address errors.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

If approved, we will replace the damaged items.
